Typhoon Lagoon at Walt Disney World | Photo Gallery


Typhoon Lagoon is one of the water theme parks that are located at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.  Originally opened in June 1989, Typhoon Lagoon is home to one of the world’s largest outdoor wave pools that produces swells of up to six feet in size.  Guests can actually take private surfing lessons prior to the park opening.

Major attractions at Typhoon Lagoon is Crush ‘n’ Gusher (water roller coaster type raft ride), Miss Adventure Falls, Storm Slides, Humunga Kowabunga, Mayday Falls, Keelhaul Falls and Castaway Creek (lazy river).
