It will take travelers about an hour to get to the hotel from the Palm Beach International Airport and around two hours to get to the Orlando International Airport. There are several restaurants and retail venues within a very short distance to the hotel which include Benihana, Strings Tavern & Oyster Bar, Renato’s Italian Ristorante and Yaowarat Asian Kitchen.

There were a few things not to like when staying at the this hotel which include:
- High resort fee of $29.00 per night
- Limited amount of chairs on both the Sandpiper pool and the beach
- No upscale dining venue for a nice dinner.
