Marriott’s Cypress Harbour Villas in Orlando: Is a Two-Bedroom Villa Worth It?

We stayed in a two-bedroom lake view villa at Marriott’s Cypress Harbour Villas in Orlando in August 2026. The video walks through the resort, the villa, the real costs, and who this property fits. Below is the short version.

The short version

  • It is a Marriott Vacation Club resort, but you do not have to be a member. Anyone can book a villa by the night on Marriott.com.
  • Every villa is a two-bedroom unit of about 1,345 square feet. There is no one-bedroom inventory.
  • It sits right next to SeaWorld. Universal Orlando is about 15 minutes away, Walt Disney World about 20, and Orlando International Airport about 20 by way of State Road 528, in non peak traffic. Interstate 4 and International Drive can double those times at peak hours.
  • There is no theme park shuttle, so plan on a rental car or ride share.
  • There are no resort fees, but hotel guests pay $25 per night for parking. Vacation Club owners park free.
  • Marriott’s Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to Vacation Club villas like this one.

Inside the villa

The living room has a dining table for a real meal and a sofa that converts to a bed. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an en suite bathroom, and a whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There are two bathrooms in total.

The full kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes, and the villa has a full size washer and dryer. Four adults plus children matches the layout. With eight adults, people end up sleeping in the living room.

Pools and resort amenities

There are three outdoor pools: the clubhouse pool, the island pool (the lap pool), and the Bayside pool with a small children’s pool beside it. There are also several whirlpools, a fitness center, a tennis court, a pickleball court, a full service spa, a boat house with pontoon boat and bicycle rentals, a nine hole miniature golf course, and a playground. Dining on site is casual. Hours and fees change, so check the resort app or front desk.

What it costs

Rates for the two-bedroom villas swing a lot by season, and they change often. Check Marriott.com for your exact dates before you decide.

Who should stay here

Stay here if you need two-bedrooms and a full kitchen for five nights or more, you have a rental car or a solid ride share plan, and SeaWorld or Universal Orlando is your main park plan.

Skip it if you will not have a car or are not comfortable with ride share, or if you are a party of two on a short trip. A standard hotel is simpler.
