The hotel is close to a number of shopping, dining and entertainment venues including the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. Just adjacent to the Marriott Village are three restaurants which include a BJ’s Restaurant, Golden Corral Buffet & Grill and Bahama Breeze.
There are multiple ways to get to the Orlando International Airport from this location. During non-peak times we would recommend taking the Beach Line Expressway (SR 528) west to Interstate 4. Head west on Interstate 4 to Apopka Vineland Road (exit 68) and the resort is just south of the exit. This route will take approximately 20 minutes without traffic delays.
During peak times Interstate 4 could become a parking lot or an alternative is to take the south exit of the Orlando International Airport (527A) to SR 417. Travelers should head west on SR 417 to SR 536 (exit 6). Just one block from the exit is SR 535 (Apopka Vineland Road) – go north on Apopka Vineland Road and the property will be on the left (west side) in approximately one-half mile.
Since the Courtyard in the Marriott Village is located just outside of the Walt Disney World Resort, the four Disney theme parks as well as the two Disney water parks and Disney Springs are a very short distance. Barring any significant delays, guests can reach the parking area of all the Disney parks in less than 15 minutes.

Fitness Center
The three hotels share a 24-hour accessible fitness center that is located in the rear of the hotel via an external entrance. The fitness center has a number of cardiovascular machines as well as strength training equipment.
Playground
There is a large children’s playground which is shared by all three hotels. The playground is located between the Courtyard and the Fairfield Inn.
Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel
The Courtyard in the Marriott Villages is a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor hotel which features an on-site guest services desk for Disney vacation planning as well as transportation to the Walt Disney World theme parks.
Theme Park Transportation
The resort provides shuttle bus transportation to The Walt Disney World Resort theme parks which is picked up at the rear of the hotel near Connections Food Hall. Reservations are required at least one hour before departure time. While the shuttle schedule changes seasonally, the following times were offered during our last visit in the fall 2021.

Food and Beverage Options
The Courtyard features the CY Bistro / Starbucks / Lobby Bar. Breakfast items are offered daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a breakfast buffet offered on weekends. Dinner purchases are offered from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. There is also a 24-hour accessible market for drinks and snacks.
There is also the Connections Food Hall (quick-service dining) which is shared by the three hotels and located near the playground.
The Rooms and Nightly Rates
There are four different room types offered at the Courtyard in the Marriott Village which are as follows:
- Standard Room with one king bed and a sofa bed
- Standard Room with two queen beds
- One-bedroom suite with a king bed and a sofa bed
- Pool view room with balcony and two queen beds
All rooms have flat panel televisions with cable television, free Wi-Fi, a work desk with chair, alarm clock, hair dryer, in room safe and an iron/ironing board.
Important Note: the Wi-Fi service was found to be adequate with 6.67 Mbps upload speed and 6.59 Mbps download speed.
Hotel Rates
Like most hotels in the greater Orlando area, rates at the Courtyard in the Marriott Village are highly seasonal and we have found that rates and availability do vary quite considerably throughout the year.
Nightly rates typically range from around $150 per night to more than $275 per night at peak times.
There is a $5.00 per night “Destination Amenity Fee” and parking charges of $17.00 per night. We have observed AAA package rates where parking is included in the room rate so if you are a member, be sure to look into any available discounts.
