The Four Seasons Orlando at the Walt Disney World Resort
The Five-Diamond Four Seasons Orlando is quite unique as it is one of the few non-Disney owned hotels located within the Walt Disney World Resort itself. First opened in 2014, this amazing 16-story, 443-room resort is located on 26.5 acres within the Golden Oak residential development which is just minutes from the Magic Kingdom park.
Amenities are extensive and include a five-acre water park with a lazy river pool, splash zone and waterslides, an active kids club, state-of-the-art fitness center, basketball and sand volleyball courts, tennis courts and an on-site full service spa. There are six individual food and beverage options offered at this resort.
The Four Seasons features the Tranquilo Golf Course which is a Tom Fazio designed 18-hole par-71 course. The 6,901 yard course has a slope rating of 127, includes four sets of tees for golfers of all skill levels, and includes a 16-acre practice facility that offers a number of target greens, an 18-hole putting course and a six-hole par-3 short course. This course is only available to current members and Four Seasons resort guests and was rated the best course in Orlando by Golf Advisor. Tranquilo is certified by the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary program for golf by the National Audubon Society and prices were indicated to range from around $50 to more than $220 per round.

The Orlando World Center by Marriott
The massive 2,008-room Orlando World Center Hotel by Marriott is located just outside of the Walt Disney World Resort and it is one of the premier conference center resort hotels in all of central Florida.
Amenities at this 200-acre property are extensive and include large lagoon pool with a water slides and a splash area, a separate indoor pool, an active kids club, with supervised activities, an extensive fitness center, tennis courts and a full service spa. There are nine individual food and beverage options offered on-site at the resort.
The Orlando World Center is home to Hawk’s Landing Golf Club which features a Robert Cupp Jr. designed 18-hole championship course featuring a par-71 layout with over 6,600 yards. The course features water along 15 holes and has a slope rating of 131. Guests can get instruction from The Jack Nicklas Academy of Golf which features a 100-yard tee box, putting green and short game training area. Course rates were indicated to range from around $50 to more than $150 per round.

The Waldorf Astoria Orlando and the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek
The Bonnet Creek Resort is a massive resort development that is located just adjacent to Walt Disney World and features four resort hotels and one vacation club property. Two of these amazing resorts include the 498-room Waldorf Astoria Orlando and the 1,001-room Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.
Located in the Bonnet Creek Resort immediately adjacent to Walk Disney World, these two hotels share amenities, dining venues and a 175,000 square foot convention center. Amenities are highlighted by the 3-acre lazy river pool with water slide at the Hilton as well as the 4,000 square foot Waldorf Astoria Spa. There are nine individual food and beverage options available at these two fine hotels.
The on-site Waldorf Astoria Golf Club features an 18-hole, par-72 Reese Jones designed championship golf course. The course measures 7,108 yard and has a slope rating of 139. It was also ranked among the Top 25 Courses in Florida and Top 50 Courses in the US by Golf Advisor in 2016. Course rates range from around $100.00 to more than $150 per round.

The Rosen Shingle Creek
The Rosen Shingle Creek is located near the Orlando / Orange County Convention Center approximately 10 minutes to the Walt Disney World Resort. This AAA Four Diamond resort features 1,501 guest rooms and suites along with 524,000 of conference and event space.
Amenities at this 255-acre property are extensive and include four outdoor swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, nature trail and the 13,000 square foot full-service Spa at Shingle Creek. There are fifteen food and beverage options ranging from grab-and-go to fine dining.
The Rosen Shingle Creek is home to the Shingle Creek Golf Club with features an 18-hole Arnold Palmer company designed course that is situated at the headwaters of the Florida Everglades (along Shingle Creek). The par-72 course plays 7,213 yards, includes water hazards on almost every hole and has a slope rating of 137. Course fees were indicated to range from around $50 to more than $150 per round.

Amenities include lazy river pool with AquaCourse 360 at the JW Marriott as well as the 4,000 square foot Ritz-Carlton Spa. The on-site Golf Club at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes features an 18-hole, par-72 Greg Norman Signature championship golf course which is a Certified Audubon Cooperate Sanctuary. The course measures 7,122 yards and has a slope rating of 139. Golf instruction is provided by Larry Rinker who is a former PGA Tour player.

The Reunion Resort
The groundbreaking Reunion Resort is a unique resort developments where guests can experience not only a vacation, but a complete lifestyle. This massive 2,200-acre resort is located about 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and features more than 6,200 residential units and 1,500 hotel units (when fully developed).

There are three amazing golf courses at the Reunion Resort that are designed by Jack Nicklas, Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson. The 18-hole Palmer course features 6,916 years of play, includes elevation changes up to 50 feet and has a slope rating of 142. The 18-hole Nicklaus course is considered the most difficult course at Reunion and features 7,219 years of play and has a slope rating of 131. The Watson course features 18-holes with approximately 120 bunkers, 7,154 years of play and has a slope rating of 141. Course rates range from around $100.00 to more than $200.00 per round.

The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate
The Four Diamond Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is located approximately 15 minutes south of the Walt Disney World Resort, just west along Interstate 4. The resort includes 720 rooms and suites and features 248,000 square feet of convention and event space.
Amenities include three outdoor pools including a 850-foot lazy river, a 24-hour fitness center, tennis and basketball courts and the full-service Mokara Spa. There are seven food and beverage options at the Omni which range from grab-and-go to fine dining.
The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate features 36-holes of championship golf designed by Greg Norman as well as a lighted, nine-hole par 3 golf course for those looking to brush up on their skills. The International Course is a links style course that plays 7,363 yard and has a slope rating of 173. The National Course is a more traditional American-style design which plays 7,197 yards and has a slope rating of 128. Prices were indicated to range from around $50 to more than $135 per round.

The Evermore Orlando Resort
Just outside of the borders of the Walt Disney Resort is the forthcoming Evermore Orlando Resort. Scheduled to open in the summer of 2023, this $1.5 billion, 1,100 mega- resort will feature a 433-room Conrad Hotel (Hilton brand) as well as a mixtures of vacation homes, flats and villas (totaling 10,000 bedrooms).
The full scope of amenities has yet to be announced but the resort will feature a 20-acre beach complex which will include an 8-acre lagoon by Crystal Lagoons which is anticipated to be similar to the lagoon at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
Golf at the Evermore Orlando Resort is currently being offered at The Links Course of Grand Cypress Golf Club. Formerly known as the “New Course”, this Jack Nicklaus’ masterpiece pays tribute to the famous Old Course at St. Andrews, Scotland. This par-72 course feature 6,098 yards, includes more than 150 bunkers and has a slope rating of 115. Course rates range from around $120.00 to $150.00 per round.
