South Beach Miami

Few have not heard of South Beach Miami as it’s one of the most popular vacation destinations in the world.  Not only known for emerald blue water and white sandy beaches, South Beach has some of the hottest nightlife located just off the beach.

There’s plenty of parking in a number of public garages a few blocks from the sand as well as restrooms, pavilions, volleyball courts, several playgrounds and two outdoor fitness facilities at Lummus Park.  South Beach is perfect for the party crowd as well as those who enjoy people watching.

Crandon Park Beach

Crandon Park Beach is one of the most family-friendly beaches in the greater Miami area.  Crandon is located in the northernmost area of Key Biscayne on a site of a former coconut planation formerly owned by Commodore William John Matheson who’s family donated the property to be used as a public park.

There are more than two miles of white sandy beach along with a number of outdoor activities including water sports rentals, skateboarding, biking paths, tennis facilities and the Marjory Stoneman Douglas Biscayne Nature Center.  One of the most popular places in the park is the shallow water sandbar which is perfect for young children.

Crandon Beach Park has plenty of parking, public restrooms and a concession area.  The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne is located within two miles and it is one of the best beachfront hotels in the greater Miami area.

Haulover Beach

If you are looking for action then Haulover Beach is the place to visit.  Haulover is one of the most popular beaches in South Florida and if you are planning on visiting on a holiday weekend, make sure you get there early make sure you can find a parking spot.

This beach is located in an expansive park and is known for its untouched natural beauty. It’s also a popular spot for surfing and fishing, and there’s even a clothing-optional section for those who want to enjoy the beach in the buff.

Fort Lauderdale Beach

Fort Lauderdale Beach is a popular spot for tourists and locals alike. It boasts a wide stretch of sand, clear waters, and plenty of amenities. Visitors can rent chairs and umbrellas, grab a bite to eat at one of the nearby restaurants, or take a stroll along the promenade.
